Rates displayed on denlys.com are subject to change without notification. All items purchased from denlys.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of Loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Denly's of Boston reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders in its discretion without notice.
